My softball team had weights this morning at 6 and it is always a struggle to get up on Mondays since we have early morning practices on the weekends. Thank goodness I was able to take a nap.
The other morning I made myself a protein shake.

-1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
-1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 10 almonds
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup water (more if needed)

While online I found a helpful guide for food portions. :)

My softball team has our first tournament this weekend in Nashville and we are all excited to get the season underway. Wish us luck!
