i love salmon. it's a quick and easy weeknight meal and *bonus...it's good for you! when i usually make salmon i put some extra virgin olive oil and lemon pepper on it, how easy is that? this time around i wanted to try something new. i seasoned my salmon with salt and pepper and put it in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. when i took it out i could tell that the salmon was cooked to perfection. i put some pesto on top and sprinkled it with feta...done! the salmon was so flaky, delicious and definitely a must make again dish.
