So here is my pledge: I WILL STOP EATING JUNK starting today October 9, 2012.
I will have a count up from today that will show how many days it has been since I have eaten junk over in my sidebar below the sponsors. Now what is considered junk you might ask. Well here is a list of what I consider to be junk:
- Chips (I'm addicted)
- Candy (that includes chocolate..BOO!)
- Fast Food (no brainer)
- Alcohol (drinking empty calories DUH)
- Soda (I don't drink much anyways)
- Ice Cream (This one will be hard)
Here is a few foods that I will be trying to cut back on:
- Bread
- Pasta
- Cheese :(
