i know this is bias but i have the cutest dog ever. not only is he just so fluffy and adorable, he is smart.

Feb 12 | i love benny

my benny is by far the cutest thing ever. i love my puppy. right when i saw him i knew that i had to have him. he is a pembroke welsh multicolor corgi and if you don't know about corgis, they are known for their cute smile, short legs, adorable personality and for being smart. benny knows so many tricks like how to sit, shake, roll over, shake, and play dead all thanks to me and nate. we both taught him well. benny is the perfect dog for nate and i and he fits our personality perfectly. i can't wait to see benny in a few weeks!

peas & carrots

Like Forest Gump and Jenny, the bf and I are like Peas & Carrots. We love spending time together and suprisingly we don't get sick of each other. It's the best when I get off of work and I get to come home to my two boys who are so excited to see me. 

One thing I love doing is watching the bf play slowpitch. He is the best ones on the team and by far the fastest. He's had atleast 5 in the park homeruns...so yeah...he's pretty quick. His fall ball team won their last two games last night and were crowned champions! Such a proud girlfriend! I also was given a championship t-shirt because I came every game to support the guys.

Don't mean to brag but I have a pretty amazing guy in my life :)

Benny visits the Vet

Benny got his last vet visit for the year. He was a trooper and everyone in the office loved him. On his last visit he weighed 9 lbs and on this one 12 lbs. He is a growing boy but I don't want to him to get too big. Some corgis are known to get chubby.

Benny was anxiously waiting to get on the cold table to greet the doctor. 

The vet said everything is looking good with Benny and there are no problems which made Benny a very happy camper.

Oh and I got one of my favorite chocolates for Valentine's Day!

Benny gets a bath

My little guy went to the park and got in a muddy brawl with a way bigger dog that was bossing him around. Poor Benny got so muddy that he needed a bath. He's so cute with those ears!

I found this cute picture and wanted to make my own for my apartment. 

I drew my own with pencil then outlined it and filled it in with a ballpoint pen. 

I can't wait to find the perfect frame for it and a perfect place to put it in my apartment. 

Back to the Motherland

I made my very first bow tie for a friend for his brother's wedding. He wanted a huge, pink bow as a joke. I think it turned out great and I hope he looks great at the wedding. 

Today is the day that I go home for the holidays! 

This is what greeted me as I flew in...

Really....SNOW?! 

And I don't think I mentioned that I have a new boy in my life. His name is Benny! 

I had to leave my cute little guy back in Ohio and I miss him sooo much!
