sitting in a cafe

caffe todos santos is a lovely little hangout in todos santos that has yummy pastries, tasty drinks and art everywhere. the cafe is a perfect place to set up camp if you are trying to get some work done on your computer or if you want to meet up with some friends. my favorite thing on their menu is their hot chocolate and their pizza. i'm thinking about their pizza right now and feel the urge to go get one *sigh*. i haven't come across any cafes like this in ohio so i know i surely will miss this one.

 it's throwback thursday and i found some pictures of my trip to mexico when i was a senior in high school. this was one of my favorite family vacations. we went to our favorite mexican restaurant a handful of time, Pipis. there fried ice cream is to die for. miss these days.

home away from home

as you know i've been living in mexico for the past few months. i haven't really taken any pictures around the property where i am staying so i felt like it was time to share. i'm living in a beautiful house called casita del sol and i get a great view of the ocean. the landscape around the property is so pretty and colorful. at night i can hear the ocean waves crash against the shore and it helps me fall asleep. it really has been wonderful staying here and i still have about a month left in this beautiful area.
